All sales are final

Under Swiss law, there is no statutory right of return for purchases made online. Every sale concluded on www.georgesg.ch is final once the order has been confirmed. Georges G. SA does not offer any right of return or exchange, except in the cases covered by the warranty below.

Inspection on receipt

Please inspect your order carefully as soon as you receive it. Any visible defect or delivery error must be reported in writing to info@georgesg.ch within 24 hours of receipt. After that period, the goods are deemed to have been accepted in good condition.

Warranty

In accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Georges G. SA, all our products are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects. The duration of this warranty varies according to the manufacturer and/or brand of the product concerned.

The warranty covers proven manufacturing defects only and does not apply in the event of normal wear and tear, impact, poor maintenance or improper handling. The certificate of authenticity and/or the order confirmation must be presented in order to make any claim under the warranty.
