The founder of the boutique, Georges Grintakis, has been in the industry for more than 20 years; 19 of those being here in Crans-Montana. His extensive experience and knowledge of the watch industry has made him a well-known name in the ski resort and his expert advice is widely sought after and highly regarded.

Since he was young, Georges has been fascinated by watches, jewelry, antiques & art. In 1990 he travelled to New York to work at his uncle’s workshop, which was predominantly working for Tiffany & Co. For the next 7 years he made many trips back to the US to continue learning and to excel his skills.

Georges has then completed a course in Gemology in Belgium and worked for 2 years in Antwerp before finally moving to Switzerland.

For the next 7 years Georges was managing a watch & jewelry store in Crans Montana, further enriching his knowledge and building a large and highly loyal customer base.

Throughout his career, Georges has always wanted to create something of his own and in 2008, using only the finest materials and a keen eye for design, Georges created his own brand : "HERITAGE".

After 10 years of success, Georges’ store was noticed by a renowned global retailer group who offered to buy the company to settle in Crans-Montana. They came to an agreement.

Our Georges G. boutique was born.

It can now be found in prime location in the ski resort and welcomes an array of international clients every day.
